  Virginia Rodrigo. Baterista y percusionista.

Comienza sus estudios musicales en percusión árabe, flamenca y brasileña ampliando su formación en la Escuela Popular De Música y Danza de Madrid.

Allí estudió batería con Guillermo Mcgill, solfeo, piano complementario con Tony Heimer, y educación auditiva con Hebe Onesti.

Cabe destacar que fué premiada con la beca de la A.I.E. durante dos años consecutivos.

 Participa en las labores de composición de la pieza musical ganadora del VII Certamen de Coreografía de Danza Española y Flamenco en 1998.

Durante el 2002 trabajó en el Teatro de La Zarzuela tanto en sus representaciones en Madrid como en la gira realizada por diferentes teatros de España.

 Es colaboradora habitual de la fundación de percusionistas Livika Fundation impartiendo cursos y participando en actuaciones.

 Ha participado en varias giras promocionales para marcas como Lucky Strike, Chesterfield, Coca Cola, L G, Siemens, o Nike.                                                                                     

Cabe destacar los distintos estilos en los que ha desarrollado su experiencia musical, pues ha participado en bandas como la de Javier Paxariño, La Musgaña, Eduardo Laguillo, o Alex Ikot, y colaborado con varios miembros del grupo Radio Tarifa.

Durante el año 2005 realizó la gira “Save the music” de la radio Europa FM, con el cantante Lorca.

Durante el 2007 formó parte la compañía de danza y teatro Al- Badulake donde  realizó giras por España,Francia e Italia.

Ha participado en las grabaciones de los discos de Paco Rabadán,La  JJ Band ,así como el ultimo disco de la cantante Airam.

Desde el año 2007 forma parte de la banda del teclista y compositor Martín Caló.

 En su experiencia como docente cabe destacar su colaboración con UNICEF impartiendo talleres de percusión en las jornadas dedicadas a la paz en el Mediterráneo en el Colegio Mayor San Juan Evangelista.

 Ha realizado conciertos didácticos en institutos así, como en la red de teatros de la Fundación Caja Madrid, e impartido clases en La Escuela de Nuevas Músicas de Madrid,y en la fundación Livika.

Actualmente imparte clases de percusion en la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
